Lesser Armenia

In Dati's day the toponym Armenia was used to refer both to the ancient region of Armenia in the Caucasus (east of Asia Minor and south of the Caspian Sea, an area known as Greater Armenia, Armenia Maggiore) and the Cilician Kingdom of Armenia in the northeast corner of the Mediterranean (Lesser Armenia, Armenia Minore).
