Capulia may refer either to the headland of Ras Kaboudia, south of Mahdia on the Tunisian coast, or to the town of Chebba situated in its lee. Chebba was founded by Justinian in the 6th century after defeating the Vandals, and was originally called Justinianopolis. Campbell #1672.
