La Rassa or Larassa (not to be confused with Larissa, Laraccia, or Laleccia) is a cape west of Alexandria, Egypt, now known as Ra's al Hikmah. While Dati's poem refers simply to La Rassa, the Sfera maps are divided in their use of La Rassa (implying a town) and Golfo de la Rassa (implying a bay or gulf, presumably to one side of the cape).
