Romania (actually Greater Romania, Magna Romania) appears only once in a single Sfera manuscript (Ashb7), which contains many more than the usual complement of Black Sea toponyms. In that manuscript it labels the section of Black Sea coast from Mesember to Scanfida, all now in Bulgaria but part of the general region known as Romania from the Romans that settled in Constantinople in late antiquity.
